Value Homes brings over 30 years of experience building high-quality, on-your-lot custom
homes throughout Georgia and South Carolina. Our long-standing success is built on

Every project is assigned a dedicated construction manager who oversees all aspects of the
build—from ordering materials and coordinating subcontractors to providing consistent updates
throughout the construction process. This hands-on approach ensures clear communication,
efficient scheduling, and dependable results.

Our New Construction Process

Step 3: Budget Review & Contract
Once plans are finalized, we provide a clear, detailed estimate. After approval, we finalize the
contract so expectations, costs, and timelines are transparent from day one.
Step 4: Permits & Pre-Construction
We handle permits, scheduling, and site preparation. Before breaking ground, we review the full
plan with you so everyone is aligned.
Step 5: Construction Phase
This is where your home comes to life. From foundation to framing to finishes, our team
manages every phase of construction while maintaining quality, safety, and timelines. We keep
you informed with regular updates.
Step 6: Walkthrough & Finishing Touches
As construction wraps up, we complete a detailed walkthrough together. Any final adjustments
are addressed to ensure everything meets our standards—and yours.
Step 7: Move-In & Ongoing Support
Once complete, your home is ready for move-in. We remain available for questions and support even after you receive the keys.
